“Before starting Gaintrust I had an off and on relationship with the gym for years. I played high school football, so I have always thrived in a team sport atmosphere. Working out solely on my own would work at first but after a while the workouts got stagnant, and I became unmotivated. Gaintrust completely changed my relationship with the gym; consistency has always been my biggest weakness and I think my motivation with Gaintrust lies in the quality of workout. Seeing the progress I did, even in the first few weeks of joining, I knew and felt the workouts were targeting a wide range of muscle groups. The videos with the workouts are there as well to make sure that you are targeting the correct area. Another great motivation that keeps the fire lit are the other members of Gaintrust! Seeing everyone in the gym day after day kicking ass is great for holding myself accountable and the encouraging environment is always an extra motivator. I am super proud of the progress I’ve made in the last 6 month, the quality of program Mike and Ryan have created is unmatched and anyone can do it!”

“I had been lifting for years with little or slow progress. I was dedicated but unmotivated. I found that motivation in the GainTrust. The workouts are ever changing. They are never the boring, repetitive week after week, same motions different day plans. Mike and Ryan always keep it challenging. There are videos to help explain motions. They both give feed back on how to improve. The community is top notch. We are all there to help motivate and praise true achievement. A real iron sharpening iron community. I feel a sense of obligation to work hard and push myself at the gym. So I can report back to the Trust the fruits of my labor, which is always met with encouragement. We build each other up. Ever since starting the GainTrust back on January 2021 I have felt more energized physically and more positive and awake mentally. I have seen the best physic improvement that I have ever had, especially in what I see to be a short time. Mike really knows how to present serious weight training to the amateur and helping them get the absolute most out of it. The GainTrust is the most fun online lifting community.”

"Before starting GainTrust, I had zero experience with weightlifting. I had always been wary of going to the gym and getting active. Doing my first GainTrust workout was my first time ever stepping foot in a gym. It has been truly life changing. The workouts are guided with video demonstrations and are extremely newbie friendly. Moreover, the coaches do form critiques and give meaningful, simple feedback to help improve without making you feel bad about being newer. The greatest thing about joining GainTrust has been integrating myself into the lifting community. Becoming a part of a weightlifting community is something I never thought I would willingly do, let alone enjoy. Being a part of a group of authentic people keeping each other accountable and encouraging each other has done more for my mental health and general well-being than I thought possible. I am more confident, have pride in my progress, and when I am not feeling it, the community has my back and reminds me of where I have come from and the progress I have made."

“I had been consistently in the gym since college, and I have done programs over the years with some success. The problem is the dreaded plateau. When you repeat the same exercises week over week including reps, the muscles stop being challenged. Everything gets stale. I then stop being challenged. I never thought I would join an online program but a demanding work schedule had me ‘skipping’ the gym multiple times per week and it was clear I needed some motivation. I sensed a positive energy from the leaders and the community of Gaintrust so found it worthwhile to try. The online community is amazing with chat rooms focusing on general banter to form check to recipe discussions to gym playlist sharing. People always encourage each other. The workouts are thorough, easy to follow, and varied. Each exercise has a video for reference and to learn the proper form. I really like how the program comes at different angles. Some exercises are familiar to anyone who has weightlifted but the strategic integration of cardio, muscle isolation, and core work are unlike anything I’ve done previously in a health & fitness program. You will target muscles you likely didn’t know existed. :) As I approach my 1-year anniversary, I have now broken several PRs in the gym, found an amazing community of people to continue the journey, and had to buy new some new shirts and pants because of the positive gains over the body! Gaintrust is helping me regain balance in my physical and mental well-being.”
